Danielle is an experienced global Chief Sustainability Officer who has worked in the field for 20+ years across multiple sectors in roles as a Director, Non-Exec director, advisor, lecturer / speaker and technical consultant. Her career started with Accenture and KPMG working with large FTSE100 and global clients as a strategist. Danielle has worked on large complex infrastructure programs which include LONDON 2012, the Sydney Metro and the 2018 Commonwealth Games. Danielle has developed sustainability strategies for leading global brands that include: Grosvenor, Lendlease, WPP, Aviva, Burger King, Pukka and the BBC.

Danielle is a corporate sustainability and nature specialist with deep expertise in leadership and corporate engagement. She’s worked in various sectors including the built environment, energy, transport, fast moving consumer goods and more recently the media sector where she is leading sustainability at the BBC. Her role at the BBC covers commercial and public service operations here in the UK and internationally, where she leads a team of technical specialists to deliver the BBC’s sustainability strategy and goals.
