Payment is required by credit card only

There is no limit on the number entries that can be submitted by a business or organisation and where relevant the same entry can be submitted into more than one category. Please note that the entry fee applies for every entry submitted.

All entries must be submitted by Friday 31 October 2025. Please note that by submitting your entry you agree that a member of your organisation will available to attend the awards on Thursday 12 March 2026, if shortlisted. Please note that attending the awards does incur additional costs, which can be seen here.

All entrants must have a UK presence (i.e. based in the UK and/or UK operations).
 

We ask that you submit your organisation’s logo as part of the entry process in an EPS/AI format. If your entry is successful your logo will then be used as part of the onscreen graphics at the awards, digital awards programme (if successful), finalists download (if successful), along with all of the other finalists’ logos.

The contents of your entry may be used by edie for our Awards brochures and as a case study for the edie website. If there are any elements of the entry that you do not wish to be published, please let us know in the entry form 'Confidential information' box.

Projects and initiatives entered should span work carried out and/or achievements made in the past 1-2 years prior to the entry being submitted (unless stated in the criteria). The project doesn't need to be completed to enter, please advise of expected results. 

Judging takes place in November/December and the shortlist will be announced on the website in early January 2026. All entrants will also receive an email confirming whether or not their entry has been successful or not.

The winners announcement will be made at the awards night on Thursday 12 March 2026. Winners are not notified prior to the awards ceremony.
