Please make sure you carefully read the description of the category/ies you wish to enter by visiting the categories and criteria page on the website before submitting your entry. You may also wish to read the judges guidance page. Complete your chosen entry form and submit it online along with any supporting documents and appendices you wish to include, together with your company logo. Make sure you keep to the word limit specified for each category entry (appendices are excluded from this count). Entries exceeding this word limit may be disregarded without refund of the fee. We recommend completing your entry in a word document before entering online.
All entries must be received by the closing date specified on the Awards website. If you have not received confirmation of receipt of your entry by that date, please contact us at the email address specified for submission of entries on the Awards website.
By submitting an entry, you or a company representative agree to be available to attend the awards on the date and location specified on the Awards website. Please note, additional charges apply to attend and the entry fee does not include admission to the Awards.
You also agree if you are shortlisted or win an award of any level, Faversham House may publicise the fact, using your company logo, prior, at the event and after, online and/or in our relevant publications.
Payment for entries
By submitting an entry to the awards, you agree to pay for your entry online via card payment when you submit your entry, the payment is calculated per entry. Once you have submitted an entry to the Awards, we are unable to cancel or refund the payment.
Judging takes place after the closing date for entries and the shortlist will be published on the Awards website before the event. Judging is conducted as a panel of independent industry experts and no one person is responsible for deciding the winner of each category. The judges’ decision is final and cannot be disputed.
The health and safety of our customers, staff and suppliers is of paramount importance to us. We will abide by any Government or PHE regulations and best practice guidance to ensure a safe event. Given the uncertainty around COVID-19, we will not be taking any payment for bookings made by credit card until six weeks before the event. We will publish full details of how safety at the event will be managed both by us and the venue eight weeks before the event is due to take place. Should you wish not to go ahead with your booking, and you inform us in writing before six weeks from the event, then no payment will be taken, and your booking will be cancelled without charge.
If you do not cancel before six weeks from the event, then payment will be taken, and the below terms and conditions will apply. In the event of subsequent disruption to the event please see the cancellation and changes by us terms below.
Table bookings payment
You can pay for your table or multiple places online via card payment when completing your booking, or upon invoice by selecting the invoice option when completing your booking online. Invoice payments must be received by Faversham House Ltd within 30 days of the invoice date or by close of business one calendar month before the event, whichever is the earlier. Please note discount codes are not available on tables or individual places. This includes all early booking rates and promotional offers.
If you have not received email confirmation of your booking within 14 days of the event, please contact our event management team as they may not have received your booking. We are not responsible for the non-arrival of information.
You will receive a form electronically with your joining instructions requesting guests’ names, access and dietary requirements, and seating arrangements. You must complete and return the form to the registration contact by the date stated on it, or these requirements may not be met, or a further charge may apply.
Accommodation is not included in the fee.
A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information. Simply complete and return to the registration contact as detailed on the form. This form must be returned to us three weeks before the Event, otherwise charges may apply, and guests’ requirements may not be met.
At the event
Any opinions expressed or statements made by speakers or other attendees at the event are in their personal capacities and are not made or expressed on Faversham House’s behalf.
If we reasonably consider your behaviour or that of any of your guests in inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, dangerous or illegal, we may ban you or them from further participation in the event without a refund and ask you or them to leave the premises. We have a zero tolerance of abusive behaviour to our staff, the venue’s staff and fellow guests.
Lighting and special effects
It is the table booking party’s responsibility to inform their guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used on the night.
Cancellations must be made in writing (email is acceptable) to the registration contact. Cancellations received no later than six weeks before the event date will be refunded, less an administrative charge of £75 + VAT per person. This will be deducted from any due refund or invoice (as appropriate). We do not accept cancellations received less than six weeks before the event date.
Changes by us
We reserve the right to make changes to the programme, location and/or speakers for the event without prior notice.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion to abandon, cancel suspend or postpone the event in whole or in part and/or change date and/or venue due to circumstances beyond our control which may (in our sole opinion) affect the health and safety of participants or the event’s success. If the event is abandoned or cancelled, bookings for tables and attendance will be transferred to a new date and/or venue. If you are unable to attend at that time or place you may receive a credit to a future event (valid for 18 months from the original date of the event).
Except as stated above, we will not offer refunds to attendees due to circumstances affecting the event, or your ability to attend it, which are outside our control. We will not in any circumstances be liable for any travel, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a result of any abandonment, cancellation, suspension or postponement of the event.
Except in the case of death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of persons for whose acts or omissions we are legally liable, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential, which you may suffer at or in relation to the event, and our aggregate liability to you will in any case be limited to the amount you have paid to us.
Your full name, job title and company will be used in an attendee list and table plan that is displayed at the event. If you do not want your details to be displayed, please contact our event management team once booked for the event.
During the event, your image may be captured in photographs or videos which may be used on our website, in our magazines or in marketing material. However, if your image is captured you have the right to request that we remove it or amend the image, so you are no longer identifiable. If you do not wish to be photographed please contact us before the event at email@example.com.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
