British farm goat cheese cheesecake with onion compote, served with Smoked British duck, blood orange and crispy bacon dust

Roast vegetable timbale with golden beetroot purée and beetroot salsa (Vegan/GF)

RSPCA assured British chicken marinated in red wine with smoked British bacon, baby onions and mushrooms; served with aubergine, carrot purée, fondant potatoes and young vegetables

Millefeuille of aubergine on a bed of kale, served with onion compote, British cheddar, ratatouille and a tomato sauce (V)


Chocolate fondant with soft caramel centre served with vanilla and raspberry crème Anglaise (V/GF)

“If you or anyone on the table suffers from any allergies or food intolerances and wish to find out more about the ingredients we use, please inform a member of staff on the night and they will be pleased to supply the relevant information. Priority is given to those guests who have pre-ordered the vegetarian menu in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate last minute requests however, we cannot guarantee the above choice will be available.”

In order to assist with any special dietary requirements that you may have please find the menu for the evening above. Any dietary requirements must be pre-booked two working days (48 hours) prior to the event.  You will be asked for your dietary requirements on the above guest name form.


Beverages included in your booking is stated in your guest information email.

The wine that will be included on tables is:

White wine - Tierra Sauvignon Blanc - Chile

Red wine - Tierra Merlot - Chile


If you would like to pre-order additional wine and beverages for your table please view the list and complete and return the order form direct to the Park Plaza using the contact details on the form. This must be completed and returned to the Park Plaza by 23 January 2019.
