Gladys Naylor is Mondi’s Group Head of Sustainable Development. Throughout her 20+ year career spanning a range of environmental and sustainability roles, she has been inspired by the opportunities to scale positive outcomes for the environment, people and business. She leads Mondi’s work across all sustainability topics, from designing packaging and paper that supports a truly circular economy, to taking action on climate, and supporting local economic development in the communities Mondi operates in. Gladys’ approach includes empowering Mondi’s operations to improve sustainability performance and setting ambitious targets in line with the Group’s purpose of making packaging sustainable by design. Gladys holds Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering and Environmental Law.
