She works with customers and teams across the business to turn sustainability priorities into practical action, contributing to operational improvement and the development of solutions that respond to evolving needs and expectations.

With a background in architecture and building materials, Sila has worked in the construction sector for over a decade. Her experience spans sustainable construction, product performance and resource efficiency, with a holistic approach to decision-making that considers environmental impacts across the whole life cycle of products, solutions and buildings. She also focuses on circular economy approaches that retain material value and enable practical progress through collaboration across the construction and manufacturing value chain.
