Alison joined JLR in 2011 in Project Engineering, working in business operations, engineering transformation and leadership before moving into the Sustainability Office in 2022 as Head of Operations. Responsible for executing JLR's Sustainability Strategy and Transformation, Alison and her team interface into all areas of the business to drive and embed sustainability into the heart of the company mindset, processes and f=governance to deliver JLR's carbon net zero ambition.
Alison has a personal passion for Sustainability and holds a degree in Political Science and Social Policy and a MSc in Sustainable Development.
In her spare time Alison enjoys Yoga. She is a qualified practitioner, sharing the benefits of connecting mind, body and breath in the battle against stress in the workplace.
