Leah is the Director of Environmental Sustainability at Aviva, where she leads the Group’s Climate Centre of Excellence and Environmental Hub to deliver its net zero ambition and nature strategy.

Prior to joining Aviva, Leah was at Phoenix Group for 14 years, serving as Head of Climate and Nature Risk where she led the management of climate and nature-related financial risk. She also previously held roles at European Capital, focused on equity and senior debt investments and within the corporate finance advisory practice of KPMG London, working with financial institutions and energy clients. Leah started her career in sustainable finance, supporting the SME sector across the Caribbean and South America. She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a graduate of King’s College London.
