With more than two decades of experience in sustainability and strategy, Lauren Cotter serves as the Head of Sustainability for the UK & Ireland and as the Europe Sustainable Packaging Lead at PepsiCo.

Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to driving positive environmental impact within corporate settings. Prior to her current roles, Lauren held leadership positions at PepsiCo, spearheading global sustainable packaging initiatives and shaping sustainability strategy for the North American beverage business. Before joining PepsiCo, she served as a corporate sustainability consultant, advising Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries such as manufacturing, food and beverages, and financial services.
