Adele leads on GSK’s sustainability strategy and global partnerships to deliver on GSK’s commitment for a net zero, nature positive, healthier world. Adele is responsible for GSK’s approach to carbon credits, nature protection and restoration activities and is passionate about the connection between climate, nature, and health. Adele joined GSK in 2013 and has held roles in Procurement, Product Innovation, CEO Office and Global Health, before joining the Sustainability team in 2021. Prior to GSK, Adele had Marketing roles in Italy and China after obtaining a Master’s degree in International Management from Bocconi University and Fudan University.
