Company: innocent Drinks
Job title: Head of Force for Good UK
Emilie Stephenson is innocent’s UK Head of Force for Good. She joined innocent in 2006 and since then has held a number of leadership roles across the business in different countries, launching new ranges like innocent for kids or Orange Juice, and leading campaigns like the London 2012 Olympic Games or the Big Knit. Today, she heads up innocent’s ‘Force for Good’ function in the UK, which, as well as sounding like she’s out of Star Wars, focuses on the brand’s commitment to people and planet. For innocent, this includes their focus on health, their commitment to reducing carbon footprint per bottle by 50% by 2030 and building a state-of-the-art new carbon-neutral Blender in Rotterdam.
Emilie has more than 15 years of experience, previously working at AC Nielsen in Paris and in international development in the field in Cameroon, Peru and Chile.
