George is an award-winning strategist working with senior leaders and brand managers to translate their sustainability targets and audience realities into powerful communications.

A committed change maker and strategic thinker he has a background in campaigning and thought leadership for organisations including Patagonia, Selfridges, BMW Group, Danone, Penguin Random House, Aviva and Barclays.

George excels at developing and implementing complex communications strategies operating at local, national and international levels. He led the development of Forster’s Ambition to Action model that builds from behaviour change methodology and works internally and externally with organisations of all sizes.

George was a founding trustee and Chair of the Forgiveness Project and has mentored a range of civil society communications professionals. He sat on the B Corp Policy Advisory Panel for the UK and is a regular speaker on international platforms about behaviour change within and beyond organisations.

In 2015, Forster became a founding UK B Corporation and since then it has won ten Best for the World awards for progressive business behaviour. In January 2020, it became the first communications agency to publish a Climate Positive Plan and is now actively sharing this with others to inspire change.
