Kate recently joined IHG Hotels & Resorts as Head of CR EMEAA & Global Community Impact where she helps drive IHGs ambitious Journey to Tomorrow responsible business plans. She is responsible for embedding sustainability across Europe, Middle East & Africa, Asia and Australia and leading the global commitment to improve the lives of 30 million people in IHG communities around the world.

Prior to IHG Kate worked as Head of Sustainability & Impact at DP World spearheading the development and delivery of DP World’s global sustainability platform “Our World Our Future” across all of its worldwide business.

Kate has managed numerous partnerships to help deliver sustainability goals including with the Logistics Emergency Team (LET), part of the Logistics Cluster led by the UN World Food Programme, United for Wildlife’s Transportation Taskforce, Business for Social Impact and IMPACT2030.

Kate first started working in Corporate Responsibility whilst doing her Masters in International Business at the University of Auckland where she researched Triple Bottom Line Reporting practices in New Zealand. Since then she has spent the last 15 plus years honing her expertise in the CR field at a diverse range of NGOs and large corporates globally.
