Josh is the Just Transition lead at the Climate Change Committee, focusing on the delivery of an affordable, accessible, attractive, and fair transition to a Net Zero and climate resilient UK.

This includes assessing the impacts of climate policy on household bills, workers, and the economy, as well as the distribution of costs and benefits, and wider impacts such as health and fuel poverty. It also includes engaging with workers, households, and affected communities across the UK to ensure their voices are reflected in CCC advice to Government.
