As Director of Conservation, Will oversees a WWF UK's support to conservation and nature-based solutions in the UK and around the world. He works with businesses, FIs, NGOs and research partners to design and deliver interventions that can respond to environmental, social and business challenges. Prior to this, Will was Director of Nature-based Solutions, overseeing WWF's Nature-based Solutions Accelerator, a pan-Asia sustainable palm oil programme and the Trillion Trees joint venture to accelerate forest restoration worldwide. In previous roles at WWF, Will has acted as the Global Forest Leader and as Chief Adviser on Forests for WWF-UK. And before joining WWF, Will was a senior policy adviser in the UK Government on international environment and development policy, and an impact adviser at Concern Universal in Malawi.
