Zoe takes a positive and future-looking approach, inspiring executives and teams to be brave and ambitious in their sustainability strategies. For the last 15 years she has provided sustainability advice and expertise to over 40 organisations from all different sectors, including FMCG companies such as Unilever, Levi Strauss in fashion, Walgreens Boots Alliance in health and beauty, Kingfisher in retail as well as NGOs such as the World YMCA and foundations such as the C&A foundation. She has spoken at numerous global conferences including Green Biz, UN conferences and guest lecturing at Harvard and LSE. Zoe leads Forum’s UK/EU team and sits on the Senior Leadership Team, with strategic and operational responsibilities to ensure it is on track to deliver Forum’s mission to create a just and regenerative future.

Zoe started her career in housing policy before moving on to deliver sustainability related research, projects, policy advice and events for the construction industry improvement body, Constructing Excellence.
