Jacques is Head of the International Transition Plan Network (ITPN) which supports global coordination on private sector transition plans and their applications for national policy. Prior to this, Jacques was the Team Leader for the Transition Plan Taskforce Secretariat which developed a gold standard for transition plan disclosure and is being adopted internationally. This was alongside his role as Group Policy Lead at the Oxford Sustainable Finance Group. Jacques began his career in the UK Civil Service. This included leading on green finance in the Cabinet Office COP26 Unit.
