Jaz Rabadia MBE is an independent sustainability and ESG advisor with over 18 years’ experience supporting boards and executive teams to integrate sustainability into strategy, governance and decision making.
She has held senior sustainability leadership roles across global consumer organisations including Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, WeWork and Just Eat Takeaway.com, where she led energy, climate and responsible business programmes. Her experience spans net zero strategy, climate risk, regulatory readiness, ESG reporting, operational decarbonisation, social value and stakeholder engagement.
Jaz is a Non-Executive Director of a FTSE 250 company, contributing to board and committee oversight on risk, governance and ESG. She is a Chartered Energy Manager, Fellow of the Energy Institute, and was awarded an MBE for services to the sustainability sector and for promoting diversity in STEM.
She now advises organisations on practical, board level sustainability strategy, helping translate ambition into credible plans that create value.
