Cadi has worked at Lush Cosmetics for 15 years at the HQ in Dorset, UK.
Throughout her Lush career she has managed Lush’s regenerative agricultural investment projects in Asia, developed Lush’s insetting initiative and managed Lush’s Supply Chain Impact Team.
She now works with the global Lush markets on sustainability strategy and operations - including energy, circularity and biodiversity initiatives. She also oversees Lush’s inhouse recycling centre ‘The Greenhub’, home to Lush’s circular economy innovations.
