Natalia Agathou is the Sustainability Director for L’Oréal UK and Ireland, leading the business’ sustainability roadmap and building partnerships with external stakeholders to develop solutions for the sustainable transformation of the beauty industry.

Natalia is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong knowledge of circular economy, waste management, packaging solutions and energy efficiency. Before joining L’Oréal, Natalia set-up Advance London, London’s first circular economy business support programme, advising 200+ organisations on sustainable business transformation.
