Speaker Biography
Connor Hill, Global Director Circular and Sustainable Living, Ingka
Group (IKEA’s largest retailer)
Connor joined Ingka (IKEA’s largest retailer) at the start of 2023 to lead two areas of its
sustainability strategy. The first - working to enable IKEA customers all over the world to
live more sustainable lives through plant-based products, products that use less water and
energy, and ones that last a long time. And the second area leading the company’s
transformation to become a circular business by 2030.
Connor has spent several years running his own circular solutions consultancy, inspiring a

Sustainability Unlocked.
Prior to that, Connor held a variety of sustainability and circular focused roles with
companies such as Marks & Spencer, John Lewis and Adidas.
Connor holds a master’s degree in environmental sustainability, and in a personal capacity
is a board advisor for LOANHOOD, a circular fashion rental service, and a co-founder of
RBRN Circular, a circular lifestyle brand designed to prove that circularity is possible today.
Away from work, Connor enjoys exploring local hiking trails with his dog, Whisky, and
remaining hopeful for a Rugby Six Nations Scottish victory.
