Rebecca Garner is Head of ESG for the UK&E division at Serco, where she leads on the delivery of of Serco's ESG strategy across Serco's broad activities. Serco provides services to Government customers across the core sectors of defence, justice, migration, customer services, health and transport. In 2025 Serco UK&E launched their Net Zero Action Plan, and their Net Zero Standard for suppliers, setting out actional—and reportable—improvements to deliver their SBTi Net Zero targets.
