Adrian, an experienced non-executive director and business adviser, is an Associate Professor, Strategy & Society, at the University of Northampton. This follows a career spanning banking, travel & tourism, the food & drink industry and not for profit sectors. He holds an MBA from IESE, Spain, a Top 5 business school. Fluent in Spanish, he has 30 years’ international experience in both established businesses and start-ups as well as one year with the World Bank. Adrian is a trained B Corp Leader and, through his consultancy Be. Partners Ltd, advises companies on their social impact strategiy, measurement and reporting. In 2017 Adrian was appointed a Deputy Lieutenant (DL) of Northamptonshire for services to business and charity. He serves on the Membership Council of the UK’s Employee Ownership Association and is Chair of Institute of Director’s National Sustainability Group.
