Jennie Galbraith, ESG Director at Inflexion Private Equity & Chair of the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS).

Jennie is the Chair and one of the founding forces behind the ICRS, the professional body for sustainability practitioners. For her day job, Jennie is Sustainability Director at Inflexion Private Equity. Jennie is responsible for the Sustainability strategy at Inflexion, supporting the firm to identify risk and opportunities throughout the investment cycle and provides support to its 60 manage risk, improve performance and to use ESG as a way to accelerate value creation. Prior to Inflexion, Jennie was Group Head of ESG at FTSE 100 company, BAT, where she was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of BAT’s sustainability strategy with a particular focus on ESG reporting, investor engagement, human rights and circular economy. With 25 years’ experience in sustainability, Jennie previously worked for the Co-operative Group and Co-operative Financial Services.
Outside of the office, Jennie enjoys getting outdoors in her native Lake District, boxing (not competitively!) and watching live music.
Jennie holds an BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Manchester and a MSc in Environmental Management from the University of Salford.
