I’ve spent the past 18+ years working in sustainability across different countries and industries, focusing on strategy, supply chain sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and data management. But what truly motivates me is not just the technical side, it’s the chance to create real, positive impact through people.

I believe change happens through collective action, and I love bringing people together around a shared purpose. For me, sustainability is as much about people as it is about the planet while building happy, thriving teams where everyone feels valued, enabled and inspired to contribute.
