Karina O’Gorman is Head of ESG at Marks & Spencer, responsible for driving the company’s ESG strategy and delivering on its ambitious sustainability commitments under Plan A. She brings extensive experience from both the private and public sectors.
Before joining M&S, Karina held roles across different brands including innocent drinks, IHG Hotels & Resorts, L’Oréal & Microsoft, as well as leading fundraising for the MS Society in the UK and Médecins Sans Frontières in the Middle East. Passionate about creating shared value, Karina focuses on delivering long-term, positive impact for people and the planet.
