Reaa is a sustainability and ESG reporting leader with expertise in global sustainability disclosures and regulation, including CSRD, ESRS/EFRAG, ISSB, and climate and nature related frameworks.

She previously led sustainability disclosure and regulatory implementation teams at Guidehouse, advising multinational organisations on double materiality, climate and nature disclosures, audit readiness, and the practical implementation of emerging ESG requirements.

She now leads sustainability reporting and disclosures at Suntory, where she oversees CSRD and ESRS implementation, climate and nature reporting, data governance, and assurance. Her work focuses on translating complex regulation into practical, decision-useful disclosures.
