Tom has built his career across the FMCG sector, beginning in customer‑facing sales roles before moving into project management and, ultimately, large‑scale transformation programmes. This blend of commercial insight and complex delivery experience naturally steered him toward Sustainability (the ultimate transformation programme), and it’s a field he has focused on for more than five years at Britvic. Following Carlsberg’s acquisition of the business in 2025, Tom was appointed Sustainability Director for the combined Carlsberg Britvic organisation. He is an alumnus of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and has played a key role in shaping the UK beverage industry’s approach to Deposit Return Schemes. Driven by a belief in practical, measurable progress, Tom remains committed to advancing work on net‑zero, water stewardship, and biodiversity - helping ensure the business delivers meaningful change for the long term.
