Chinyelu is a Director in the Sustainability & ESG Finance Team at Lloyds Bank where she leads on ESG strategy for the Real Estate & Housing sector, structures ESG-linked transactions, engages with clients on sustainability and represents Lloyds Bank on committees and collaborations with various industry organisations including the LMA, CREFC, GFI and World GBC. Prior to joining Lloyds, as a lawyer, she delivered finance transactions for clients across a number of sectors and was at the forefront of advising clients on the evolving Sustainable Finance ecosystem.
