Rees Bramwell is Sustainability Director within Compass Group UK & Ireland, with responsibility for catering, retail and facilities management services across healthcare, defence, government and energy settings which comprises the Compass One sector. Rees has developed a comprehensive climate strategy and delivery roadmaps, structured around four core levers: supply chain, ingredients, operations and culture with particular focus on scope 3 emissions and waste reduction.

Also a Registered Nutritionist specialising in public health, Rees brings a system-wide perspective to the evolving relationship between food, environment and human health. Prior to completing an MSc in Sustainability at Cranfield University, roles included Head of Nutrition and Sustainability in the workplace sector of Compass group as well as community roles in the NHS and Aston Villa Football Club.
