Speaker Biography
Jordanne is Group Compliance Manager at Kier, a leading infrastructure, construction and developments group, where she helps to lead the organisation's approach to ethical labour and modern slavery mitigation across their operations and supply chain.

Passionate about sustainability, Jordanne plays a central role in Kier's cross-business ethical labour working group. Focused on driving measurable impact to Kier's social sustainablity maturity, she led the organisations group-wide modern slavery gap analysis, which now forms the foundation of Kier's ethical labour strategy to strengthen human rights due diligence, improve visibility of labour practices and ensure a risk-based, data-driven approach to monitoring and assurance.

Jordanne also plays an active role in industry collaboration, representing Kier on several key industry forums including the Supply Chain Sustainability School's Built Environment Against Slavery group. Through these forums she helps to drive a sector-wide response to human rights and fair work practices.
