Jon is a member of the Sustainability team at the LEGO Group with a focus on sustainable futures. The interplay between NGOs and business has been a key feature throughout Jon’s career including the Net-Works and NextWave Partnerships that focused on inclusive business, circularity and protecting ecosystems. On the NGO side, Jon has been a long-time supporter of environmental charity, Surfers Against Sewage, serving as a trustee (2017-25) and recently as the Chair (2022-2025), where he helped the organisation navigate a period of significant growth and impact on the topics of water quality and plastic pollution.
