Mary joined Osborne Clarke in 2021 as the firm's first dedicated Sustainability Manager, overseeing the setting of science-based targets and building the data management capacity of the team. A Chartered Environmentalist and MISEP, she has led the design and delivery of the firm's sustainability upskilling plan, as part of the net zero transformation programme.

Now heading the Responsible Business team, Mary's remit also includes CSR, Inclusion and Wellbeing programmes alongside sustainability, all of which play a key role in Osborne Clarke's People Strategy.
