Louisa is the Head of Sustainability at Little Moons, a mochi ice cream, cheesecake and sorbet brand, who manufacture at their site in London and distribute to over 40 countries worldwide.
Little Moons’ impact strategy spans their factory operations, global ingredient supply chains, decarbonisation, packaging, and responsible sourcing. Recent projects have included securing sustainability certification for the mangoes in their best‑selling Mango & Passionfruit Mochi Ice Cream and making steps towards certification for rice in Thailand and cocoa in Colombia.
Louisa guided Little Moons to B Corp certification in 2024 with a score of 89.7 and the business is also a signatory of the Better Business Act.
Previous to Little Moons, Louisa advised high‑street brands, chefs and hospitality suppliers at the Sustainable Restaurant Association and began her career at PROPER Snacks focusing on early responsible sourcing initiatives.
