Victoria Vysotskaya is a global procurement leader with 25 years of experience in procurement, including almost 20 years with Mars Incorporated. Throughout her career at Mars, she has held a variety of leadership roles across direct and indirect procurement, spanning emerging markets, regional and global responsibilities.

Victoria is currently Chief Procurement Officer for Mars Food & Nutrition, where she leads the global procurement function supporting some of Mars’ leading food brands, including Ben’s Original, Dolmio, MasterFoods and Seeds of Change. Her responsibilities span strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, external manufacturing, supply chain resiliency, sustainability, digitalization and quality assurance. Victoria leads a diverse global team based across multiple markets, from Australia to the UK, working closely with suppliers and business partners to build resilient, sustainable and competitive supply chains.

In her previous role, Victoria led Capital Investment Sourcing across Mars Incorporated. In this role, Victoria and her team developed the global sourcing strategy for capital investments and supported major investment programs across Mars businesses and geographies worldwide.
