Neil is a senior strategist and programme manager in Forum's London office, specialising in supply chains and energy, with extensive collaboration across Forum's international teams. Since joining in 2021, he has worked across sectors including critical minerals, fashion and textiles, and cocoa, building transformational strategies with partners such as Capgemini, Mars and Cascale, and leading multi-stakeholder initiatives like the JustRE Alliance and Cotton 2040. He combines strong research, facilitation and project management skills with a design-led approach, using Forum's systems change and futures capabilities to surface assumptions and unlock creative solutions to challenges like gender equity, living wage and biodiversity in global supply chains. Before Forum, Neil worked in East Africa on ethical trade and sustainable development, and has a background in policy, humanitarian work and founding his own charity. He holds an MA in Migration Studies.
