For the first time, edie’s 30 Under 30 is open to professionals across all business functions, recognising that meaningful progress on sustainability doesn’t happen in one department. From sustainability and climate to procurement, operations, finance, supply chain, reporting, investment and beyond, we’re celebrating the young professionals who are turning ambition into action.

The annual 30 Under 30 initiative shines a spotlight on talented professionals aged 30 or younger who are making a real impact within their organisations, driving positive change and showing exceptional promise.

Open to self-nominations and recommendations, edie’s 30 Under 30 programme is free to be a part of. Thirty rising changemakers will be selected by a panel of independent judges and offered an unrivalled opportunity to connect with one another, gain valuable industry recognition and develop their skills and knowledge.

Talented sustainability professionals and energy managers from organisations including Google, Chanel and Hilton have been named as members of edie’s popular 30 Under 30 initiative for 2025.

 

  • Open to professionals aged 30 or younger as of 31 March 2027, including but not exclusive to those working in:

-  Sustainability, climate and CSR
-  Energy, operations, facilities and estates, or fleet management
-  Procurement or category management
-  Supply chain, packaging, waste and resources
-  Finance (finance/risk managers, accountants and directors)
-  Disclosure, reporting and investment

  • Based in the UK and working in a full-time role
  • Ideally working in an ‘in-house’ capacity within a business (as opposed to external consultants and product/service providers)
  • Able to attend the launch night and photoshoot in London on Monday 12th April 2027.
  • Attend exclusive launch party and professional photoshoot in central London (April 2027)  
  • Full career profile published on edie.net
