Andrew Griffiths is Director of Policy and Corporate Development at Planet Mark, a sustainability certification that supports organisations and real estate to measure and continually reduce carbon emissions and increase their social value. Andrew co-founded the Carbon Accounting Alliance (CAA) representing 400+ organisations in the industry. He also sits on Advisory Boards, Councils and Committees for the Institute of Directors (IoD), BSI Greenhouse Gas Management Standards, and UK-Government backed initiatives like UK Business Climate Hub and Project Perseus. Having delivered a TEDx talk on the power of meaningful networking, he is a big believer in the power of communication and how it can be used to drive climate action.

Chloë Fiddy

Senior Policy and Engagement Lead, IEMA

Chloë is the Policy and Engagement Lead for Climate Change and Energy and Social Sustainability at IEMA. Within this remit she works on projects relating to climate-related financial and other regulatory disclosures, transition planning and reporting, and adaptation, as well as social sustainability and just transition issues. She is also a Trustee on the board of Uttlesford Citizens Advice, a District Councillor and an Honorary Research Fellow at ARU. Previously Chloë has worked at senior level in the manufacturing and retail sectors, and in climate and sustainable development planning roles in the public sector. With extensive experience in the commercial, public, and third sectors she brings an informed systems-thinking perspective to sustainability challenges. She is particularly interested in finding practical solutions and approaches which lead to standardised, replicable and trustworthy reporting, so that better data is available for decision-makers, and so that good projects can be scaled

Caroline Bartlett

Caroline is Director & Head of Climate Solutions, EMEA at Persefoni. A carbon accounting and management expert, Caroline has spent nearly twenty years helping companies assess and reduce their environmental footprints. Previously Head of ESG Disclosure for Corporates at Trucost, S&P, Caroline has worked with hundreds of companies across highly varied sectors, and at all stages of the value chain. As such, she is well versed in carbon accounting and management and the many challenges of measuring scope 3 and beyond.

In 2021 Haydn founded a Rutland Forums, a network of sector-based collaboration groups for sustainability and energy management leaders who are serious about decarbonising their organisations.

He also plays a key role in supporting the wider supply chain to achieve net zero carbon.

Mark Williams

Senior Analyst, Energy UK

Mark Williams is a Senior Analyst at Energy UK where he leads the association’s analytical and modelling work on topics ranging from investment to the retail market. He also focuses on the relationship between energy and the economy. 
  
Before joining Energy UK in 2022, Mark was a Consultant at WPI Economics. There, he focused on data analysis and economic and policy research on topics including Net Zero, housing, poverty and transport.

Simon Fox

Minimising Footprint Lead, JDE

Simon Fox is the Minimising Footprint Lead at JDE Peet’s, the world's leading pure-play coffee and tea company. As part of his role, he manages the company’s sustainability life cycle assessment and corporate footprint reporting across the global group. This has also involved developing the companies climate transition plans, road mapping how the business can achieve both its 2030 and Net Zero targets. He believes collaboration is key. An engineer by trade, Simon has over 20 years’ experience in technology and engineering across the coffee sector. He chairs the Institute for Scientific Information on Coffee’s committee on coffee and sustainability, a consortium of coffee roasters that is focussed on bringing a science-based approach to standardising reporting

Stephen Mackenzie

Senior Specialist on GHG & Scope 3 (Food), WRAP

Dr Stephen Mackenzie is a senior specialist on GHGs in food systems at WRAP. In this role he facilitates collaboration between businesses and other actors in UK food on using GHG data to reduce their emissions under the Courtauld 2030 Commitment. Stephen is technical lead of the WRAP team that published the WRAP scope 3 GHG measurement and reporting protocols for UK food businesses as well as the WRAP emission factor database. He is a member of the UK government Food Data Transparency Partnership Eco-working group. Prior to his role at WRAP, Stephen spent 10 years in academic research roles at Newcastle University, Trinity College Dublin and the University of Edinburgh and he is a recognised expert on Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) models of food production.
