To remedy this, it launched the Climate School in 2021, aimed at explaining why and how companies, businesses and employees need to adapt and engage in the sustainable transition.Since then, it has developed multiple formats to meet the varying needs clients face, seeking more sector-specific knowledge or different ways to engage their employees with varied content.Today, it enables HR Departments to support employees’ skills development worldwide, and ESG Managers to onboard their entire company on their sustainability strategy.
