What is the menu on the night?

Our fully plant-based menu can be found below:

Starter - Grilled courgette carpaccio with crumbled vegan feta cheese, kalamata olives, pepper drops, toasted pumpkin seeds and basil cress (ve)

Main - Butternut squash and tofu with coconut and lime curry with rice cake (ve)

Dessert - Chocolate torte , marinated raspberries (ve)

Why do we provide plant-based meals?

As a B Corp, it’s critical to edie our events also walk the walk when it comes to environmental and social sustainability.

We are dedicated to ensuring a diversity of voices, ironing out potential cases of greenwashing and ensuring that catering and the event space itself adheres to deliverable sustainability values.

Eating a plant-based diet is one of the most important decisions we can make as individuals to protect the planet, and our award schemes are designed to showcase the ever-growing range of delicious plant-based alternatives that are now available.

Table package

All guests' tickets include:

• Access to arrival drinks reception (non-alcoholic options available)
• Three-course vegan awards dinner
• Coffee & petit fours
• Awards presentation hosted by a high-profile presenter
• After show entertainment and party
• 4 bottles of table wine for the table to share
• Bucket of non-alcoholic beverages for the table to share

As mentioned above, non-alcoholic drinks are available during the drinks reception and on tables. If you wish to swap out a further bottle of wine for non-alcoholic beverages, please speak to your waiting staff. 

Wish to order further drinks?

If you wish to pre-order further beverages to your table in advance you can do so by completing the form here and return it to eventsitorders@iclondon-theo2.com - by 26 February. You will then be sent a payment link by the hotel to settle your own bill. You can also purchase beverages via your waiter on the evening. 

Where will I be seated?

Please look out for the large plasma screens in the foyer which will display your name and table number.

Is there an after party?

Of course! Join the awards after party from 22:30-01:00, dance into the night with our house band The Altitudes, challenge your colleagues in our fun arcade games and obviously the bar is open!
